Actually...since it's online...all kinds of votes are simultaneously being submitted at the same time...

Once you enter a page...the number of votes shown remains (inactive) until you re-fresh the page.

You will actually notice that you were only AROUND the 666th voter...

The Number of Votes are being submitted ALL at the same time...

There's no REAL way of telling what number vote you were...only that when you ENTERED the homepage...the number froze to your computer.
